Ontario has always been the forgotten sibling of the downhill and shore-style freeride scene. Riders have a very tough time creating features and trails of similar caliber and length when compared to other provinces such a B.C. and Quebec. But when a rider, or group of riders finds a gem of a spot, the province it is in makes no difference.
Greater Toronto area riders have always had one of the toughest challenges for creating their own downhill tracks and North-Shore style trail features. Whether it's a local town tearing down their hard work, or just a lack of hills these riders have slim pickings to choose from. |
